Luxury restroom trailers are perfect for outdoor and backyard weddings, corporate events, private parties, baptisms, quincinera, and any occasion where comfort and luxury are desired.
Our restroom trailers come in two sizes. Generally, a 2-stall trailer can accommodate up to 150 guests for an event lasting four to eight hours. The 3-stall trailer can accommodate up to 300 guests for the same amount of time. For larger events or longer durations, additional units or larger trailers may be required.
The restroom trailers typically need access to a regular 110v outlet and a regular outdoor water faucet. We provide 100ft of electrical extension cord and 100 ft of water garden hose. We recommend the trailer to be placed within 100ft of the power source. The trailers can run off of a generator as well if there's no power on the premises. If no water is available, the client can provide external water totes.
We only rent in 24-hour blocks. The duration of the event does not affect the price of the rental. The 2 main factors affecting the price of the rental is mileage from our business and trailer size. For reference, our prices start at $800 for the smallest trailer during off-season dates and the closest location to our farm.
We accept all major credit cards for an additional 3% fee, certified bank checks, Zelle, Venmo and Cash. Security deposit is due at booking and used in case of incidentals. The security deposit will be returned to you 3 business days after we pickup the trailer. Full payment is required a week before the event date. We will not make the delivery if the amount is not paid in full.
Our trailers are equipped with flushable toilets, running water, air conditioning, heating, lighting, and mirrors, and some have sound systems. We also provide all the initial supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. We also provide extra supplies which are the responsibility of the client to restock during the event.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak season (spring and summer). A minimum of 6 months in advance is advisable to ensure availability. Most of our summer weekends are already booked by the time summer hits.
Our team is the only one that handles the delivery, setup, and pickup of the trailers. We ensure that everything is safe and operational before your event starts. Delivery and setup times can be arranged to suit your schedule, and we accommodate special requests when possible.
To rent a luxury restroom trailer, start by requesting a quote through our website. We'll discuss your event needs, trailer availability, and pricing. Once details are finalized, we'll schedule delivery, setup, and pickup around your event timings. To lock in the date we require a $500 security deposit, copy of driver license and signed contract.
Health and safety are paramount. Our trailers are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after each use according to the highest hygiene standards.
Yes, we have a cancellation policy. You can cancel anytime up to 90 days minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event date, will start incurring additional fees.
